Service Description
VexSolver provides a programmatic API that returns valid session tokens for sites protected by commercial bot-detection vendors. Intended uses include QA automation, accessibility auditing, security research, and authorized data collection. You are responsible for ensuring your specific use complies with the target site's terms and all laws in your jurisdiction.
Account & API Keys
A valid email address is required to register. Your API key grants full access to your balance and history — treat it as a password. Do not embed it in client-side code, public repositories, or distributed binaries.
All activity from your key is your responsibility. Regenerate the key from your dashboard if compromise is suspected; the previous key is invalidated immediately. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your API key is not permitted.
Credits & Billing
The Service is sold pay-per-success: one credit per verified successful solve. Failures (timeouts, unreachable targets, upstream rejections) cost zero credits.
Credits have no value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other instrument. Unused credits do not expire, but may be forfeited if your account is suspended for a Terms violation.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:
- ›Facilitating unauthorized access to computer systems, personal data, or financial accounts.
- ›Denial-of-service activity, aggressive spamming, credential stuffing, or any traffic pattern intended to harm the target.
- ›Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, fingerprint, or clone the VexSolver API or infrastructure.
- ›Circumventing rate limits through multiple accounts, proxy rotation, or request spoofing.
- ›Reselling, repackaging, or white-labelling the Service without a written agreement.
- ›Any activity that would violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the EU GDPR, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
Rate Limits & Fair Use
Every API key is subject to per-minute and per-hour ceilings documented in the API reference. Exceeding returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. Sustained abuse is considered a Terms violation and may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent termination at our discretion.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime and operate pre-solved token pools to absorb demand spikes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response times, or successful solves on every target.
Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice. We are not liable for downtime, missed solves, or any business impact resulting from interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, infrastructure, branding, and proprietary technology powering the Service remain the exclusive property of VexSolver and its contributors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API solely for the purposes described above. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexSolver and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or failed transactions on third-party sites.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for credits consumed in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Your account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or exposes the Service to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining credit balance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect fourteen (14) days after being posted on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a revision, your only remedy is to stop using the Service before the change takes effect.
Contact
Questions, disputes, or legal inquiries should be directed to the Contact page. We read every message and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
By creating an account or sending a request to the VexSolver API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
